Putin's Bringing the Dog to Angela Merkel's Meeting
Last Thursday, Putin went to Uzbekistan for this meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Agreement. And he met with leaders of Iran and Azerbaijan and Turkey and Tajikistan; all the great guys. He thought these were guys who were going to back him,. But Xi Jinping was having none of it. Narendra Modi, India's strongman president, just reamed him out.
