The Differences Between Younger Workers and Older Workers

We've got an ageism problem in the workforce, don't we? We absolutely do. And again, it is both structural ageism as in we're not going to hire us but there's perceived ageism. Older workers want to contribute. They want to be part of a team. Many people will re-engage with the workforce because retirement doesn't sit well with them. The idea of 40 hours a week of going to just retirement isn't always that extreme.
