A Harris view visualizes tuberosity fragment widening, shortening, and varus positioning. A decreased bowler's angle represents collapse of the posterior facet. Non-operative management includes castamobilization with non-weightbearing for 6 to 12 weeks. This is indicated for calcaneal stress fractures.
