Eugenics is almost more of like a brand name for an older sentiment that becomes policy language. By 1930, there were like 60,000 people a year in the United States sterilized. Anthony Comstock sees white ruling class reproduction as directly dependent on the policing of all undesirable populations associated with vice. We have to sort of embody them in language and the law is really just like an embodiment of language and values.
