Ivana: I think everybody should get a nap every day if they can, but maybe I'm in the minority. Maya: When do you think it is a good time to nap and for how long? We were hearing Ivana's thoughts there. Here's one. This is Tina. She thinks naps are fantastic. They can really, really help people. But as Ivana said, not necessarily if you have a sleep disorder.
