The Houston Rockets and the Indiana Pacers
I think the biggest thing that caught my eye was the Houston Rockets. I thought it was like really interesting that they spent as much money as they did. And I'm not sure that they truly got better. They also signed Fred Van Vleet, an undersized guard who's had some bad knees recently. He's highly dependent on his three point shot fall. Can't finish at the room. But we'll see what happens with them.
