The Economic Benefits of Small Incremental Changes

When you make those smaller, more targeted applications, like putting a couple hundred pounds of pelletized lime or fine particle sized lime into a furrow. We get very strong crop responses from that. And you can repeat those applications over however many years it takes to rebalance your soil's mineral profile. You will get bigger crop responses for more years than you will if you just put on a bulk soil amendment of limestone at a several tons per acre up front. The cost of doing that is smaller, but it's more targeted right there under the plant.
