In April 2021, Oxfam received an email from a female staff member in the UK head office. She said she was aware of five country offices where safeguarding and bullying issues are well known - but the perpetrators remain in employment. Have you addressed that? We have at the time we had reported to our donors and to our regulator that we had ongoing investigations in several countries. So two things. I think one no organisation can ever say it's free from misconduct or harassment. But what we can and I can say is that we have put in place systems, processes and a process of culture change that reduce the risk of misconduct. And importantly where misconduct is identified that we take action.
