The Indictment of Nat Nada Did Not Have Local Counsel Present
It did go as expected in terms of the brevity of it and not having any evidentiary emotions resolved. What was surprising though was the fact that the code offended who we've known about is at least last week from the indictment did not have local counsel present. One lack of planning and preparation or two lack of inventory of willing attorneys to do so.
