The Negative Consent Amendments to SOFR Loans
There still needs to be about 60% of the legacy loans that were issued prior to 2022 switch over to SOFR. A lot of these amendments are going through where the borrowers are kind of seeking a – it's a negative consent amendment. Savita Subramanian, head of US equity and quant strategy at Bank America, raised her year-end price target on the S&P 500 from 4000 to 4300.
