How Do Dendritic Cells Get Activated by Allergens?

Dendritic cells are those kind of master sensors, right? And just like as you said, CDC ones are really good at detecting intracellular pathogens. But they also include a different subset that is really specifically involved in inducing TH 2 differentiation and the allergic immune response. So we haven't known how they get activated by allergens or how that leads to specifically skewing of TH 2 cells. How are these dendritic cells getting activated by allergen? Because if you expose the skin to an allergen, they get activated. They migrate to the draining lymph node, they do their thing,they do their job.
