Amazon's Antitrust Paradox is a potential claim within antitrust law called predatory pricing. The idea is that a company cuts its prices to a really low in order to get people to buy their product and then put other people out of business. A lot of courts said that that doesn't make any sense, so they limited the ability of plaintiffs to bring cases along that line. But what Lena Kahn says is that didn't really take into account a company like Amazon because it's playing a long game here.
