I'm not sure Charlie doesn't understand the tech. I think he's concerned about the impact on banking infrastructure that exists today. Let's face it, when you look at Bitcoin, you all went through this. There's no underlying technology to beanie babies. But there is an underlying technology to Bitcoin called blockchain.
