I agree with that philosophy of like, if you want to get the position that you want, go find the best person and the person that inspires you. And unless you're going to bring so much to the table, why would they give you the time of the day? I think it should be 100% in the other direction. Like, what can I learn from this person? What can I give them that will make them want to teach me? Exactly.
