Axelboss: If these systems do not create damage then there is no need to have a specific exemption from them because they will not be in any risk exposure probably for insurances we are adding safeguards etc etc and why you have to do this for a kind of a normal AI system what can't harm anyone so this is not the kind of a very logical way forward. But Axelboss says it's difficult for consumers to make use of their right to compensation if using an AI system that discriminates against them.
