What I Learned From the Dot Com Boom
In the peak of the dot com boom, before i became the president of a t n t's consumer division, i was running strategy and our internet services. It was the wild west of the internet at the time. And once it went bust, you really had to just buckle down, look very carefully at what your business model was. I think all of us who went through that learned a tremendous amount in terms of resiliency.
