Jack Francis has been promoted from Head of Player Care to Academy Manager responsible for the undernights to under 16 schoolboy program. Joe Shields will work very closely with the Academy in terms of their recruitment as he did previously in Manchester City and briefly at Southampton before joining Chelsea.
