The Hasun is a measurement, twenty-24 centimeter, twenty-four centimeter. It's the positive use of negative space. And I think that it was very intriguing to a lot of Western chefs, and they played around with it. The fact that it's blank that makes it attractive and makes the food your eye look more at the food from what it is.
