The Cynical Nature of Russian Officials

The Magnitsiki case shows the sort of cynical, deep cynical nature of some folks in Russia who've come to power and influence. The fact that someone like Snowden would do what he did and then take refuge in a place like Russia without criticizing Russia certainly says something. Moscow got hit a couple of days ago.
