The Beauty of the Internal Tool Space
The beauty of the internal tool space is again that it is really underserved and underserviced. It's very hard to imagine that a calibration tool could exist in a one-size-fits-all manner. That's where retool is effective because you aren't locked into somebody's perception of what people ops should look like. The artifact built is not at the same engineering caliber as what traditional customer product would be for companies.
