How to Be a Successful Public Speaker
When you see anybody on stage to be a musician, to be an actor, screen presence up in the movies, television, you're looking at flow. Method acting means putting yourself deep into the struggle phase until you have kind of learned everything you can about that character. And then you literally relax in that character and can be calm that character. It's an automatic process. The goal is to get so far inside your character that you disappear and the character can take over.
