I Think City's Approach to the Squad Building Is Very Interesting
Pep Guardiola is obviously an incredibly unique manager and coach. City seem to be very well placed to just find a coach who you know has similar kind of fippling principles in the similar kind of play style and and methodology. I think what you see with city is how much harder it is to stay at the top than to get to the top. With Liverpool they were competed for as long as they did and now Sal is looking like a shadow of himself. Van Dyke is not playing his peak anymore and even Alex Ferguson had the late 90s and sort of up to 2003 before he went on to win another league title under Sir Bobby Charlton.
