General Jack's Take on the Ukraine War

Xi is trying to ingratiate himself with the Europeans because they're a huge market for him. He does not want the Ukraine war to spin into a nuclear confrontation as that'll blow up his economy. I don't think it's going to work for exactly the reason you indicated the Ukrainians are not going to roll over for President Xi and give up 15% of their country. Absolutely not. What about, where's your take on ambassador making that statement in France over the weekend that not recognizing the sovereignty of Eastern European countries that were once part of the Soviet Union? It was just outrageous on his part.
