You're saying sanctions can only be lifted if Maduro commits to a free and fair election for the presidency in 2024. Do you insist that you be allowed back into Venezuela, freed from all legal charges and allowed to run in that election? No, I have said very clearly that I have no intention to participate as a candidate in the primaries or in the election.
