Introduction
Report: Cybersecurity breaches more than double amongst Canadian businesses. Chinese cyber espionage group known as Nickel or APT-15 used a previously unseen backdoor to attack ministries of foreign affairs in Central and South America. Attacks on OT and ICS environments could enable the development of kinetic weapons with physical effects, says ARMS vice president Chris Dobrik.
