Is There Anything in the Abess?

Do you come back as another human or could you be any living creature, like a cat? Not sure about that one. I prefer te be something quite insignificant next time. Is there anything in the abess? This is something that i try not to contemplate. Do i believe in an after life? No. But do i believe in reincarnation? Yes, i do. Be does it trouble me? Again, yes, it does.
