The Future of PFAS in Canada

The use of PFAS in products is likely to see greater scrutiny, I believe, this year in Canada. Health and environment Canada have already been looking closely at the use ofPFAS through SEPA's significant new activity provisions. And in the next few months, in the first half of this year, the government is expected to release a state of PFAS reports that could guide how the government proceeds with its investigation.
