Procurement Card Policies

A single person in charge of monitoring all of the charges can do so fairly efficiently. Don't split a large purchase into smaller dollar amounts to stay under a purchasing limit. The procurement card is not to be used for capital purchases. You don't want employees accessing cash through the cards for any reason whatsoever.
