The Importance of Getting Details Right in Historic Clothing
I would say the sorts of projects that I'm really interested in now are the ones where we are testing variables that will help us understand dress in the past. So then it's important to get certain details right that allow you to introduce themes that you might not otherwise be able to talk about easily. And then clothes get very sophisticated in terms of the detail that you can add to help tell those complicated tales.
