On tape, he admits he knows it is too late saying, quote, see, as president, I could have declassified it. Now I can't. He also talks about why you get some of the motive in that transcript where he says, well, I totally won my case with this document because General Milley was saying Trump wanted to attack Iran and I was trying to stop him.
