The Death Penalty: A Review
Arizona governor jan bruer has ordered a full review of the state's execution procedures. Witnesses reported that mr. Wood gasped something on the order of more than 600 times over the course of the execution which Is a remarkable number. Critics of the death penalty argue that the risk of madazzalam is too high and you run the risk of an Unconstitutionally painful execution.
