The Belt Way Story

i'm driving with my friend todlinburg on the washington belt way, ah, you know, which is an eight lane or ten lane highway. We were approaching the famous mormon temple and suddenly the belt way stops,. There's literally a standstill, like nott's not traffic ats, just a standstill. As i slowly pull to make the right turn to get off at georga avenue, she frantically waves me down. I pulled i sort o stop the car, i roll down my window, and i say, i'm just exiting, officer. And she looks at me and says, don't you understand?
