The Implications of a User Experience Model
Since 2006, I've been working with this model, trying to understand the implications of it. So that was kind of an epiphany or whatever. And the implications are actually quite huge because this is just a very simple, you could say it's kind of the atomic parts of a user experience. It's the smallest parts and the universal parts that everyone can understand. The toilet group, user tasks, business goals, inward paths and forward paths. When you have defined those, then you can come back to the answer. so soon I have a solution space where you can have full freedom within this little structure"
