Astonia is able to leverage its organic hacking communities, social capital and national pride. They're also a very proud count but they have this opportunity to protect their country against foreign aggression. And so this volunteer opportunity to assist and aid at the local, and even broader than local, regional levels are really this volunteerism that exhibits these notions of national pride. But i think the c dal is really tesked with a civilian siber defense capability.
