If we are successful in lowering the cost of electricity, an we want to decarbonized electricity, one knock on effect shold be substantially lower cost of water. The correction to that might be, if you lower the cost of energy, you might end up pursuing more energy intensive forms of water,. So it might end up settling out at about the same price. In effect, that's what we see in many places, is that cheaper energy means you can access less traditional sources, which require more energy.
