The Importance of Land in Residential Real Estate
As there's a demand for real estate, there's also land. There's a shortage of land because they're not making any more land unless you go to the Middle East and they actually are making land. So, emerging markets is number four. I don't think all of Asia, the reason why I say Africa is because I think the majority of Africa has a lot of potential. And we'll talk about China and Ghana in a little bit. But a lot of growth, as far as every business opportunity possible, population growth, the biggest in the world, in India will surpass China.
