Introduction
The us. Dollar edges higher again, up nort point four % this morning. Well over hundred on the d x, y and x for first time in a couple of years. Oil prices have shut up, some of it on the hope that demand from china will bounce back. Plus, the nab business survey shows australia isn't immune to inflation. And two central banks to day, the r b n zed and the bank of canada, with the chance that both will lift interest rates by 50 basis points.
