How to Replace Doctors in the Nigerian Healthcare System
We need more doctors but for now, bring us a level playing ground. The ratio is one doctor to about 9,000 patients which is a far cry from the World Health Organization recommendation of one is to 600 patients. So while we are just asking less in the bureaucracy, make it easy that there can be one or one replacement of healthcare workers because if we don't do that, the ones left in the system, there is burnouts and people lose interest.
