Kentucky's Gun Laws

Kentucky is about as loose a gun law state as you can find. Anyone who passes a federal background check can can carry a weapon anywhere in the state without applying for license. There are no red flag laws. No prohibitions if you have a domestic violence conviction. The Kentucky legislature passed a law, so-called Second Amendment sanctuary law that prohibits law enforcement officers from cooperating and enforcing any federal firearm regulations after 2021.
