Australian Wicket Keepers - It's Not Just Gilchrist, He's a Keeper.
Gilchrist has made more than half of the centuries made by Australian Wicket Keepers. The entire total across the history of Australian Test cricket is 32. It wasn't until December, 1972 that the first one happened with Rodmarsh at Adelaide against Pakistan. And after Gilchrist retired in 2008, there have only been seven made in the 15 years since. Richard Pont maybe was the one who could have challenged that. But he has five centuries and six times he's been out in the 90s. I can see a world where he comes back as a specialist bat. Yeah Chaos Brad's bloody good keeper.
