The European Standardization Regulation and Participation

The way that the standardization regulation works, it's setting the ground rules for who gets to participate these governance issues. And we were really worried this would be actually stripping non EU participants of voting rights in certain instances - even going so far down as to a technical level. We think that's a really bad direction to go in because a we have a shortage of experts we can't just be kicking everyone out. But also it decouples us from our international obligations and partners, and that's areally tough balance to sort of figure out as well.
