Is the Department of Treasury Backlogged?

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa says the Obama administration is trying to run out the clock on its investigation of Joe Biden's bank accounts. The House panel has asked Treasury Department for information about suspicious activity reports, but it hasn't received a response yet. Issa: "We're looking now for when October 1st starts to identify specific bureaucrats who refuse to cooperate with our investigation"
