Rajwinder Singh, a 34 year old Indian origin man who had moved to Queensland several years ago from Punjab. He was a geriatric nurse at a hospital in Innisfail, a city that is 90 kilometers south of Kens. Sources report that in the lead up to 21st October, Rajwinder was acting weird according to his coworkers. The only grounds on which the police sought to question him was the erratic driving and overlap of phone and car location.
