What's Going to Be the Main Stuck Points in the 20 23 Contract Fight?
U p s is used to being a premium employer paying higher rates. We were paid an ok wage a but it was rapidly raised. Most of my co workers are over two years now working six days a week, a forced overtime. And there is no relief in sight. The biggest thing that i'm hearing from from drivers and from from co workers is they want define contract. It's going to be a major focus within this contract.
