Yvain's Marriage to King Arthur

Yvain had avenged his cousin and put the mocking kay in his place. All he needed to do was look after his land, guard the magical fountain and be a decent husband. He asks for leave to go at venturing since if he doesn't, his fellow knights will see him as a coward. His wife reluctantly agrees on the condition that hed be back in the castle one year later or else he would lose her love forever.
