TikToks, Chinese Owners Sell All Their Shares in the App or Banned

The Biden administration is demanding TikToks, Chinese owners sell all their stakes in the app or else the US may ban it completely. I don't know what this is going to come to a head because I keep trying to get it off my phone. And doesn't that put it back on your phone? Only if you download the app. But again, everybody worried about the balloons so much.
