The Department of Justice's Two Tiered System

Brett Tomin: The Department of Justice is stacking these indictments. Mike Pence, for example, said this on the story and people are saying this could be detrimental. I don't think they would have brought any of these had he indicated he's no longer going to run for election. That fact alone is really exposing the Department of Justice for its two tiered system that it is right now.
