The book is an anthropology of reason in paul rabino sense, for the anthropologist out there. How does this project expand and expand over the decades through all these different cyclical iterations? What's the basic sort of unifying thread, or connective tissue, that holds these models together? And how do you do that when it just turns into thousands and thousands of pages and, you know, hundreds of reports?
