Sasha's mamma moved into these housing projects when sheas 11 years old with her parent, and she would live the rest of her life there. She called it overcrowded, charmless, but it was still an improvement for er, just like not having shelter. Now, natasha gets married, she gives birth to a son by the name of alexander, and her husband immediately moves out by the time he's one. So he just gets abandoned by his dad.
