I loved that particular moment in the screenplay because I felt Jennifer had really intuited what I was trying to deliver with the script. The line she says that kind of stopped me at my tracks was she's in a car, jumping down a Chinese as the treat at this moment. What did that line mean for you within the film? It was originally in the stage play and it was one I very much didn't want to lose. And I think we see that carried out most by the lovely character Ambrose played by Derek Jacoby. He is in intense pain. That was something I looked at in some detail. What it is like to live with severe ongoing pain where you're more fee independent
